Cereal official name is:
Trader Joe’s HIGH FIBER Fruit and Nut Multigrain Medley.
Fancy name for a cereal. We didn’t see this in the store before, but it looked good, and had a good price of $2.69.
The Good:
High Fiber, like the box says – 7g of your daily in a SMALL serving size.
The Sugar – Not too bad on the sugar at 8g
The Price – a nice $2.69 for a 13.5oz box
The Subjective:
In our box the fruit bits were way down the bottom of the box, so you either had the first few bowls with little or no fruit, or you had to shake up the box so the fruit would redistribute evenly. We recommend opening the box from the bottom. No big deal really.
The taste was great – just stick to the serving size or you will send your colon into FIBER OVERLOAD.
